I don’t know, but the cherry blossoms have begun blooming along the streets of downtown Victoria. As usual they are gorgeous. And they get better as the season progresses, with more blossoms and brighter colours. However—-
These are the flats on the edge of town. There isn’t any significant growth of greenery here. When spring arrives, the water recedes and the seagulls take off for the ocean, instead of hiding inland. Doesn’t look like the seagulls have left, does it? So I guess the answer is– Not Yet.
Spring is still a month away, depending on the weather.
